I don't have words to explain level of my joy. I have been struggling for last one year to lose weight. I tried everything ranging from running, staying hungry, skipping dinner, stopped consuming sugar and much more but nothing really worked. I hardly could loose half kg but that would reappear if i stop following one thing. This was like torture. I used to feel very low and depressed all time because i was stuck that what else can i do. Finally i decided to meet dr shweta. When she prepared diet chart for me i was confused that how can it reduce my weight. Her diet chart was good, filling. It didn't suggest me to stay hungry. Infact it was like pleasure for me. I was eating more than earlier now. She gave a practical diet chart which is easy to follow. She didn't just say that stop consuming sugar instead she asked me to have one table spoon sugar in a day which is quite practical.
I have lost 1.5-2kg in 12 days without any exercise. thank you so much for helping me out. I just hope that this weight will not come again once i stop dieting. Read less

So I looked for dieticians on Practo and booked appointment of Dr. Shweta. She listened to my problems patiently and gave me an easy to follow diet chart for next few days, keeping my diet preferences in mind. Within a week, I lost around 1 KG so I kept following her guidance and after 1 month, I have lost more than 5 KG of weight without starving and minimal physical activities. If a software engineer like me with irregular working hours can have so much benefits then anyone can surely achieve much better results if follows her guidance sincerely.
