I was suffering from knee pain since 8 years. I visited almost all the reputed centers in North India. Knee pain used to return after every few months. Dr. Atil Lal explained that the knee issue is due to bone weakness and incorrect way of running on the tracks. He prescribed one supplement and asked to do 3 exercises.
