My Symptoms were stiffness in chest muscles leading to difficulty in breathing with pain radiating in my arms and shoulders,numbess, heaviness n pain in neck and head, contraction/twitcing of nerve/muscle from neck to head, muscle spasm in thoracic which made it difficult for me to sit straight leading to posture problems and stiffness in lower back.

I may have forgot 1-2 underlying symptoms.

I met with Dr Meenakshi Shishodia and Mam gave me a duration of 30-35 sessions for my treatment, I was skeptical at first but I wanted to get better so we went at it from Day 1. Since I was in a very bad shape she also employed some Invasive procedures which had the desired results. Now after almost 30 sessions and I can say that my cervical n lumbar issues have been treated and soon i'l get rid of thoracic issues as well.

I would like to sincerely thank Mam and Her team including Mr. Digvijay, Ms. Ritika for the way they monitored me everyday, incorporating my daily feedback into their treatment, helping me with even the littlest of things and getting me to this stage of recovery. I think she is the best Physiotherapist in Ghaziabad and I would recommend her to anyone and everyone.

Dr. Meenakshi is very competent & the best thing is that she individually greet every single patient with his/her name & update his/her progress on daily basis.

Dr. Meenakshi is an asset for small children who are there for treatment.

One suggestion......please think if there is any possibility to have weekly off on Monday instead of Sunday due to weekly bazaar which make very difficult to reach clinic on Monday.
