Ms. Jyoti Nigam (Physiotherapist)

Dr. Jyoti has been working on me for a while. I am this big guy with a very fragile lower back. She took all factors into consideration and worked with a perfect plan and always with a smile.Today I am completely pain free and I owe this to her. Thank you

She is a well qualified, yet humble doctor.

Before the treatment began she explained her role in getting back mobility to my shoulder and also explained in layman language the damages caused to the muscles and an overview of the treatment schedule. She laid out benchmarks that we would achieve in the sessions. Following which she proceeded to treat the shoulder joint.

I had a pre-conceived notion that physiotherapy is very painful and shows results extremely slowly. Under the care of Dr Jyoti, I was proved wrong.

The first session caused some pain which lingered on, she explained the cause of the pain and advised pain management methods. In the following sessions the pain drastically reduced and the shoulder joint felt stronger.

She is a new mother therefore there might be some coordination issues, however she is a master of her field. She uses a good mix of technology and excerises for a steady (rather quick as well) improvement.

I am very happy with the treatment under Dr Jyoti. She extends a competitive billing structure for services that are beyond compare.

I went to Dr. Jyoti with a very severe pain in my inner thighs which made it impossible for me to sit cross legged. The Doctor immediately put me at ease with her countenance and congeniality. She heard me very patiently, a virtue not very common with the medical fraternity, and then explained to me the possible causes and effects of my problem. She even displayed a muscle lock through charts and diagrams; with just 2 to 3 sittings, my pain got eased to a great extent and she suggested many easy and doable exercises at home which I followed and found immediate relief. The best part is she is extremely approachable and puts you at ease. Highly recommended for any kind of pain and muscle soreness!

I visited Dr. Jyoti for the treatment of post surgery knee stiffness. I consulted and took treatment for various physios in Noida before meeting Dr. Jyoti but quite upset with the results. When I met Dr. Jyoti, I was completely fed up but Dr. Jyoti carefully studied my case and treated me in the manner that I could get the best results. She is a kind of a doctor who don't treat her patients just as a part of her job, but get involved in the case like it is her own problem. This statement is true for Dr. Jyoti. She is very supportive and show 100% concentration towards the patient. I had back pain and disk inflammation (L5 S1). I have been getting treatment for 15 days from her and there is lot of improvement in my back pain. She always discusses in detail about my condition and treatment process and keeps me aware about the timeline and cure. She is very friendly and gives me confidence that I’m in good hands.

I am currently taking treatment from Dr Jyoti for pain in Left Arm and Shoulder, I got her contact through Google and basis the recommendations given by her patients, I decided to get in touch with her. Within 4-5 sessions, my problem is gone, the exercises and other suggestions she gave were very effective and helpful. It was not only current problem she also advised for issues which I have observed otherwise in my day to day life and running (I do haff marathons regularly). Overall, this has been a very satisfying experience. Highly recommended.

I visited Dr Jyoti almost a couple of years ago, when I was in a lot of pain due to stiffness in my neck.The sessions were really effective and I could feel the difference after the first session itself. She was very friendly and explained about the exercises which would help me to stop the pain from recurring again.Earlier the pain used to recur after a few months, but after visiting her it's been a couple of years now and I haven't experienced the neck pain again.My experience has been really great!
