Her diet plan is very good…. There is not much meal gaps…. Diet plan keeps u full and satisfied all the time so there is no place for cravings…. She makes sure to include tasty meals also…. U r dieting but u dont even realise it…. Infact u enjoy it!

I started this weight loss journey with the GoDiet team on 11th of July, 2021 n I was weighing 75 kgs. that time. Soon, I started the diet plan with this amazing team, I started feeling so light n active within a week n within just 2 months of time span, my weight dropped from 75 kgs. To 65 kgs. Such a huge weight loss was not possible without their daily diet plan n daily monitoring of my weight and my diet intake. Unlike other diets, the diet plans provided by GoDiet are so easy to follow and exactly feels like the regular food which we consume in general. U will be dieting but u won't feel like u r on any kind of diet. Whenever I wanted to change any meal or wanted to have any kind of assistance with my meal plan or any other diet related issue, I always got my reply faster on time and they are so humble that u can ask your query anytime without any hassle. I belive it was not weightloss journey rather a complete transformation of body which includes everything !

Before joining godiet, I used to think that dietitian charge so high only to tell what to eat 😝 but honestly I was so wrong....you charge to tell what is good for us to eat based on various factors and decide the best for body !

Godiet team is amazingly high in patience and to keep clients motivated ! There were time when I decided to take a pause but Akshita never let me down and kept doing all the trials and suggested to keep me motivated and to achieve the desired results ! Ekta is amazing mentor toher team and shows her availability to clients whenever required and suggest the best 🙂

I was scared but I knew I have go diets with me as you people helped me in losing weight before this also... But this time I was hit worried.. People around me gave me tonnes of advices

to lose weight and made me nervous.

But you are awesome.. Rachana you kept me motivated all the time .. Helped me adjusting my diet chart according to my schedule ... Having a diet program for 3 months with a small baby it's difficult but made it easy for me ...

Did not like their services at all ..writing this after 1 month of starting program ..below is the detailed reasons 1) do not understand their ways of working and communicating with clients ..have done 3 times weight loss program and always achieved weight loss and never has anyone communicated like they do ..so blunt ..they have no consideration that people have their life's and it is not possible to always follow to the T in things like not sharing daily weight ..honestly don't understand this concept as well 2) do not understand their logics on which you work . ********** **** ** **** *** ******** **** *** *** *** *** **** **** ****** ******** *** ***** **** *** ****** ***** *** *** *** **** ** ******* *** ***** *** **** * **** **** **** ***** * ** * **** * ** ******* ******** ** ******** *** ******* ************ 3) they are not maintaining any history of what issues are with client and past advices ...client need to track themselves ..in my case ACV suggested not to be taken in first consultation and then send in diet after 3 weeks ** * *** ** ****** **** ********** ********* ***** ****** **** ***** *** * *****

I joined the plan in November 2022 I was 100kg and in a span of 6 months today my weight is 90.8 I lost 10kgs.

I would like to thank Dr. Ekta under whose supervision this journey became successful. My dietician Gunjan who has motivated me and been so patient with me during my plan. My diet plan was created and modified as per my schedule and was made really interesting so that one does not feel burdend or disheartend of following a routine.

A big thanks to the Go diet team for making this happen I had never image to loose 10 kgs with a history of thyroid and PCOD and where my weight was stubborn that it never moved an inch despite of all my efforts.
