The diet chart they give is completely ghar ka khana and customised to according to your needs. It is a sustainable method which a person can follow life long. No crash dieting...No fad diets which are unsustainable and unhealthy in the long run.Plus my Dietician Dt. Lata Ma'am is really attentive and sweet, she listens to my needs and changes any item in the diet with another healthy and tasty option when I ask her. Dt. Khushi Ma'am is also a really sweet person, she calls regularly to motivate and ask about how the diet and physical activities are going, and whether I'm facing any problems. Talking to her feels like talking to a friend. And, one more thing you can always ask if you feel like you want to consult Dr. Dt. Sheenu Ma'am, she'll always meet you and patiently listen to and help with your issue.
