Hello! I am amruta... I live in pune..and I am following this diet program from pune. . I had tried so many diets to loose weight but nothing was working. I met many dieticians in Pune but they used to give such a complex and fancy diet.. I was Fed up of doing that.. then I came across Asmita ji n she came like an angel in my life. Her diet plans are so magical I never thought that such a simple regular routine diet can make u loose weight. Diets are really very interesting so u don't starv at all. I started this diet in April 2019 and I have lost 8 kgs till now but still long way to go. And it's all because of asmitaji.. she is such a humble person. She listens all your queries and answers them in a satisfactory way... I believe that she puts lot of effort and dedication to give us a proper diet plan so it is our duty to deliver her a bestest results through our dedication and hardwork.
