Not only Dr Swasti Jain is a very friendly *** **** *** ** **** ******* *** ****** ** ******** **** *** ** **** ******* *** ****** ** ******** **** *** ** **** ******* *** ****** ** ***** She explains everything and is the first dentist who hasn't made my mouth hurt after an examination and treatment. The charges are very nominal and are being disclosed at the onset of the treatment. Apart from it a patient gets here d option to pay the entire charges in instalments which is a gr8 thing. I am so pleased to have found her and would recommend to visit 32 Diamonds Dental Clinic to anyone who is looking for best dental treatment in Delhi/NCR..!!

Had been associated with Dr.swasti for last 5 years.it had need great experience.

1. Quality of treatment is always maintained and upgraded.every time I visit her, I can see more and more latest equipments.

2. Its always been a pleasant and painless experience with her treatment.

3. Charges are very reasonable and mode of payment is also good.card or cash I have always been helped by the staff.

4. Their is no hidden charges. Very clear approach.

Though I had been here earlier also but every time Dr.swasti takes her time to explain the problem clearly..proper treatment plan and complete charges.

5. Staff is also very supportive .it never feels like that u r at doctors place.

6. Cool and nice ambience.and the clinic area and maintainence is of utmost attraction.

I am happy to be treated in such a nice environment.

Worst experience with any dentist or doctor ever.

I had an appointment with the orthodontics in this clinic, and for that I travelled 2 hours to visit the clinic, I was late by 30 mins which I informed in the clinic. When I reached there I was told that the orthodontics has already left. I was not informed about it until I reached the clinic. I wasted my 4 hours just for this appointment and then also got this.

Plus the staff and the doctor is very rude. Inspire of feeling sorry they said the doctor never waits this much.

Worst experience. Pathetic experience.

I do not recommend this to any one.

Everyone has attitude in this clinic as if they are doing the treatment free of cost.

Visit this only if you can tolerate the ego and attitude of the staff.

*** ***** *** ******** ******** ** ****** ******* ******* I have went for teeth cleaning ***** *** ** **** ** * ****** ** * ******* *** ******** *** * ******** **** their receptionist has done teeth cleaning Dr. Swati not even bother to moniter the cleaning procedure and also insisted there paste and toothbrush not even asked what type of paste and toothbrush you are using my 2 cleaning procedures are still pending and I am very disappointed with the first procedure and not in a openion to visit again

I visited the doctor for cap fixing. She fix it and took a lot of money. Cap crumpled up within 6 days and when I again visited her she refused to fix suggest me to go for further treatment cost 7k bucks. If she was not convinced with treatment when I visited her first time, *** ****** **** ******* **** *** ***** ****** **** ***** * ********* ********** I will rate her 0 out of 5. Highly disappointed.

I visited 32 Diamonds for the first time. It was an excellent experience. I had my RCT done by Dr. Swasti. She is very good, talented, explains everything and clear all your doubts/queries. Staff is also nice. I highly recomend 32 Diamonds for those who want a genuine treatment for any dental problem.

Approachable dentist in Vaishali

I am satisfied with overall treatment and my painless RCT.

It was single sitting RCT done for me

And next sitting I got zirconia crown

Rates are also nominal for such good treatment.

I have to wait for 10 mins at clinic but that is okay and acceptable , I was served with hot coffee also in this cold season

Not to boost about but genuinely good effort by dentist and staff to keep good work going.
