Doctor is polite and listen to the complaints empathycally. Clinic's enviorment is good and friendly. Even receptionist deals with the patients with care and respect. Though I have visited the clinic for the first time for my eye complaint and still undergoing treatment for a week and results for treatment will be concluded later only but still the medication she gave have benifited so far.

Excellent experience. I used to accompany my late grandmother to her clinic. She has an extremely polite way to deal with elderly which includes her interpersonal skills as well.

Now my entire family visits her for treatment of vision if any. If it's eyes it's Dr Nupur for us!

I was beyond impressed with my experience at the clinic. At my first appointment with her i was blown away by how kind she was and how fast she was to notice my problem. She was comforting and was able to bring down my anxiety levels within 2 minutes of conversation with her. *** ********* ** **** *** **** ** *********** *** the treatment was at par of my expectation. I would highly recommend her for routine checkups and even for surgeries.

I have been visiting Dr. NUPUR since the last 8 years .. the doctor and the staff, all are really experienced and always explain the problem and medicines very clearly ..

I juat learned this through the years .. have TRUST in your doctor, they know the best ..

On 13th Jan,we again visited the doctor and paid Rs 200. She did the check up (after dilation). She told us that there is some power(sphero-cylindrical) which is quite high and gave us next date of 17th Jan. She didn't give us any prescription, neither told us the power. Also there is no record on practo either.

We grew suspicious so went for second opinion. TO OUR SURPRISE SIGHT OF MY SON CAME OUT TO BE 6/6. He doesn't need SPECS.
