**** **** ****** ** ********* .gives full time to.waiting customers***** ********* ** ******* ** * **** ********** *****but today I had a very bad experience in his clinic @10.30pm. One of the receptionist said that y the patients come here .they shud go other hospitals like atlanta ,vasundhra hospitals in a very bad and disgusting tone.jisko dkho yahi aa jata hai.I shared this with doctor and he must take proper action on person in his clinic on their behaviour as no one likes to visit doctor. May be when she come across such problem.she wil.then.feel the pain..I took my relative out of d clinic and visited other doct .hope dr mukesh understands this

In mine and my family view Dr. Mukesh Dwivedi is Gem of the Doctor community. He can cure most of the problem with just having a chat with patient. He can fill lost confidence and strengthen lost will power of patient by explaining the facts related to problem which certainly makes patient half fit.

I along with whole family thanks him from bottom of our heart for each and every precious minute and advice he gave to us which helped us to overcome all problems.

We all recommend him and wishes him for the best.

I am really satisfied the way Dr Dwivedi treat patients and explain entire course of action which helps making people understand their concern/issues. This proactive approach boosts patient's confidence and enrich their positivity that we are in safe hands. Have never come across any of the Dr who actually value their patients like this.

But the only problem is with supporting staff at clinic. Both the girls are highly mismanage and very rude to patients which impact the overall experience. Both of don't know who to talk to people who are waiting for their turns. They don't keep a tab on the appointments and behave very weird.

Else over all experience with Dr was great.

The doctor is very good but the staff is most pathetic. You have to wait atleast three hours not because of the number of patients but because of the incapability to manage it. The staff, specially Mrs. Lakshmi is least bothered about the que or the chaos.

Dr. Mukesh is a great doctor. My family visits his clinic for any medical support. He is a friendly doctor, who examines and proposes/recommends correct treatments. He explains the Health Condition, Underlying causes and medication in detail. His medicines always works for me. In these tough times of Covid, His monitoring of patient through Audio/Video mode and getting to the right conclusion is appreciable, all while making patient comfortable. Thank You Doc

I had a very good experience. He ia veey patient and listens to your problems witu full attention. He is never in hurry and attends the patient until the person leaves the clinic satisfactorily.

This might lead to the delay in appointments but I personally feel that if you are paying to visit your doctor, you should not come out unsatisfied. Therefore, it's a positive thing from my aspect.

Dr. Mukesh Dwivedi was very courteous, ************* *** ************* He is not only a doctor, but also a good scientist to help his patients using diagnostic methods to identify the problems. I am confident he will be my doctor for years! I would highly recommend him to others.

I met to doctor Ist time. I felt that Dr Dwivedi is highly experienced doctor of course.

In short he listens problems carefully and gives proper time to patients.

Regarding my patient (wife) there is no relief in abdomen pain so far

But I hope better results will come soon.

very good doctor and listen to me for very good time and understand my situation and give the medicine in way that my sugar level will come down and very i was very worried before going to doc but now i am comfortable and will take my mom also to him for her sugar level check up. very good doc so far i met in indirapuram.

It was good. Doctor explained very well and I can trust on him.

But not satisfied with the management. After taking appointment we have to wait for a long time. And this occurs every time. Every time the staff says your number is 5 or 6. But many patients will go before your tern. There is no mean of appointment. Whenever you book an appointment and go to see the doctor on the time then too you have to wait for a hour or two. I think they need to work on this point. Rest all are ok.
