In mine and my family view Dr. Mukesh Dwivedi is Gem of the Doctor community. He can cure most of the problem with just having a chat with patient. He can fill lost confidence and strengthen lost will power of patient by explaining the facts related to problem which certainly makes patient half fit.

I along with whole family thanks him from bottom of our heart for each and every precious minute and advice he gave to us which helped us to overcome all problems.

I am really satisfied the way Dr Dwivedi treat patients and explain entire course of action which helps making people understand their concern/issues. This proactive approach boosts patient's confidence and enrich their positivity that we are in safe hands. Have never come across any of the Dr who actually value their patients like this.

But the only problem is with supporting staff at clinic. Both the girls are highly mismanage and very rude to patients which impact the overall experience. Both of don't know who to talk to people who are waiting for their turns. They don't keep a tab on the appointments and behave very weird.

Else over all experience with Dr was great.

He explains the Health Condition, Underlying causes and medication in detail. His medicines always works for me. In these tough times of Covid, His monitoring of patient through Audio/Video mode and getting to the right conclusion is appreciable, all while making patient comfortable. Thank You Doc
