Doctor patiently heard about the problem I had with my ear and asked many other questions related to it.He then not only checked my ear but thoroughly checked the throat , nose , teeth .

Then discussed in detail about the problem ,and then gave a demo how to do the treatment by doing it .He then also suggested what other things also need medical attention .He also suggested some test but did not forced to get it done unlike other doctors who scare us and force us to get it done ,I personally liked this very much.

Dr. Gupta was able to diagnose the problem immediately * **** ********* ** *** *** * Very nice set up with all facilities under one roof .

Highly competent , will strongly recommend to others .

I visited Dr. Varun Gupta, for my ear infection on Fri, 11 Aug 23, I took a short leave from office, however the doctor arrives late despite appointment, which is okay, understandable. His consultation fee is Rs. 1000, *** ***** ****** He mentioned hard wax build up and fungal infection around my ear drum, but to remove it's Rs. 1000 which needs to be paid over and above the consultation fee and in advance, and he said as much, that i will try but it may not be successful today and I will have to come again. I was hesitant about paying advance but I trusted and paid. After the procedure he did (I'm not questioning the procedure here), ***** *** ** ****** **** *** ******* ** ** ********* **** *** ****, ****** ** *** **** ********* ************* and he knew I'm in a lot of pain. The second session was scheduled for today, Mon, 14 Aug 23, at 7 pm. Again, I shared how I will need to leave early from office to come for appointment. I've been in extreme pain since the last visit, being a specialist I'm sure he is aware of this. *** ****** ***** *** *** *** ****** ***************** ****** * ** ******* ****** *** ***********, no information from his team, nothing. I had asked my father to reach the clinic before me as he has the prescription/receipt and for courtesy in case I'm a few minutes late while coming from office, my dad reaches 30 mins before and no doctor. Unfortunately I had already left from office when my dad informed me. When I reach I'm obviously upset and pissed and create a scene. I wanted a refund and at a bare minimum an apology for their unannounced cancellation. But instead the doctor tried to shift the onus of this on me, he said that I didn't inform his staff to make an entry of this in the register. I tried to tell him, that he never informed me that I need to do this, besides it's his team's job, they are aware of the process, he had sent his assistant with the prescription informing him about everything, and infact now while writing this review I recall that the assistant did indeed inform the receptionist about my appointment and payment, anyway, * ***** **** ** *** **** ****** ** ** ** ** **** ******* **** **** He never apologized, his team never apologized, they didn't refund, and said we can see you on Wednesday - I am already in extreme pain taking pain killers after every 5 hours, already took 2 short leaves, and he did not even have compassion to apologise for the error!

Just beware making advance payments, and do his team's work for them, ensure they have the appointments written, call them in advance to reconfirm the appointment even. And don't go in emergency *** ***** ****** ***** ***** ******** ** ******* **** **** ** ***** ** ***************** *** *** ** ******* *** * ****** *******

I must say the way Dr.Gupta talks and treat the patient is good

BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY I HAD INFECTION IN MY THROAT AND I WAS CONSTANTLY COUGHING FROM PAST 10 DAYS AND I TOLD HIM ALL OF IT

And THEN ONE MORE ISSUE WAS HE ACTUALLY TOLD ME TO FIRST MEET A NUTRITIONIST AND CONSULT HER FOR DIET

AS HE SAID MY THROAT PROBLEM IS RELATED TO ACID REFLUX

BUT NO NOT AT ALL

Its complete unfair for a patient to go meet doctor and then doctor says first meet a nutritionist and pay her fees and then meet *** **** ******** **** **** ***** ******** ** **** ***** ************** ***** ****** *** ******** *** * **** ********* ******* *** ********

And so I consulted a other doctor and he actually found the actual problem and diagnosed me with proper medicines and test

N now I m totally fine

So don’t ever meet a doctor like him

The doctor got up from his chair and picked his electricity bill and started walking out of door while I was sitting and trying to explain my problem. How sad is that??

They ask for Consultation fee right at the entrance. That's even before the doctor even sees the patient. No questions asked, please pay 600/- first.

The doctor didn't really care to listen much hardly a minute, and proposed to see there inhouse dietician for weight counselling and to get Inhouse test for 1400/- for ear.

Am never visiting again.

The receptionist was unprofessional too and were gigling and passing unprofessional comments. Am so sad to visit here.

Very bad experience. Gave a ear pin (costing not more than Rs. 10/-) after ear piercing of my daughter. Saying that it is gold plated and can be worn for long time. Her ears showed swelling after some days and also blood came out from where ears were pierced. **** *** *** ******** *** **** **** * *** **** one hole was done in upper portion of ear, while in other ear hole was done very low. For all this he charged mind boggling fees i.e. Rs. 2100/-. Very bad experience with doctor Varun Gupta.

Very bad experience with Dr Varun, didn't come on time had to wait for him and then doesn't give proper attention to listen to you. ******* ********* *** ************* *** **** *** *** ***** ******** The same is with me first time I visited him *** ** *********** and later I thought I missed to explain him in hurry so visited again *** **** ****** *** * ******** He won't listen and forget the solution of your problem.

I DON'T RECOMMEND ANYONE TO VISIT DR VARUN GUPTA.

I went to Dr Varun Gupta on 4th January for coughing problem. In first visit he told me that it is due to acid reflux and i must see dietician also and called me on 12 January. Initially i was convinced and went on with the treatment *** ******** ****** ****** And during second visit on 12th, he did not mention any dietician and said that it will take 2 months to treat coughing. I was disappointed and went back without taking the prescription. Consulted another Dr *** *** ***** ** * *****

The information displayed regarding consultation charges via online advertisments was different than the actual charges which they asked for.... The charges for the tests are also misleading as on paper it is something else and they charge something different.... Too much expensive and give unnecessary tension to patients regarding the problem as they don't calm the patient.

I visited Dr varun by seeing the positive feedback from PRACTO but I feel the doc is good otherwise, what happened - Dr prescribed me some tests for that he charged me and for other it was free and when I visited for showing the report receptionist ask me for money, when I said this is not fair then the receptionist went inside and had a talk then doctor called me inside the cabin and he prescribed the medicine and told me to come after 2 days what that means and I totally dislike this kind of behaviour and one thing I suggest you, you should give some discount on follow up.
