Apollo clinic staff arun kumar was anti practo and threw my mobile refusing to honour the appointment and it was only after I intervened with doctor that they took additional charges from me and said if you want to come to apollo forget practo as we are not associated with such road side apps ...in shock and cant explain in words the defamation I felt being a practo customer .

Doctor came almost 30 mins late. Apollo Clinic Staff were not helpful and kept repeating that doctor will reach in 5 mins or so but I had to wait for almost 30 mins. There is absolutely no respect for customer's time and

Doctor came almost 30 mins late. Apollo Clinic Staff were not helpful and kept repeating that doctor will reach in 5 mins or so but I had to wait for almost 30 mins. There is absolutely no respect for customer's time and condition shown. Doctor did not acknowledge that he was late and went through his routine without any apologies. I will not Apollo Clinic for other customers.
