I am sharing my experience with Dr. Neeraj Goyal, who is appointed as Laparoscopic surgeon in Yashoda Hospital, Kaushambi, Ghazaiabad, UP. This was related to illness called “Strangulated Hernia” for my wife who suffered in May 2016. I remember the day(27th May 2016), when we approached to Dr. Neeraj Goyal in frightened state and how effectively he handled our queries and suppressed our fear. Before that, on 26th May 2016, we first visited the doctors in reputed hospital in Vaishali where we were suggested to get major Open Surgery performed immediately with so many complications were enlisted to us.

We then decided to reach out to someone else(doctor) for 2nd opinion and found Dr. Neeraj Goyal at yashoda Hospital, Kaushambi, Ghazaiabad. When we spoke to him, we were highly obliged with his professional knowledge and humankind gesture. This behavior helped all of us to gain immediate relief in mental trauma, that we were going through. He informed us that my wife is suffering from Strangulated Hernia and need surgery which can be managed through laparoscopy. From there onward, he successfully steered us from this serious traumatic situation and operated her with minimum risk and procedures laparoscopically at the optimum time after few days till she was fit for anaesthesia and to withstand surgery much better.

I further would like to appreciate his habit of picking up the phone and speak to patient’s relative(when needed) which is a great kindness of him. Today, after 9 months, when she is almost recovered, we think it's time to give credit to Dr. Goyal.
