It was a pleasing experience to get my entire treatment done at ACE Dentistry. I am a 84 year old male and was suffering from Trigeminal Neuralgia and on medication for a long time with the effect wearing off. I was advised neurectomy but because of my age and medical conditions it was a matter of reluctance byblot of drs. My case was taken as a challenge by Dr Gaurav Mittal and the entire procedure was carried out swiftly and painless. The post op recovery was also smooth. I would like to mention the sterilisation protocols and follow up protocols are so appreciable. Also a special mention for the assisting staff who are so polite and smiling. Best wishes for them.

I was really nervous about the treatment of my misaligned teeth. But, Dr. Gaurav and his team worked very patiently to answer all my questions and bring me at ease.

Procedure of the treatment along with the choice to either go with aligners or braces was clearly explained with all pros and cons. It helped build up an environment of trust.

The Doctor is experienced and very knowledgeable. I am happy that I am in good hands.

Treatment initially started with frequent regular visits for about a month, and I have always had a pleasant experience at Ace Dentistry with easy bookings and no wait times.

The ambience of the clinic is nice, clean and the always burning camphor is further comforting.

I have relocated to the United Kingdom now. Doctor is still always available over video calls for any regular follow-ups and to answer my queries delightfully.

1) To start with, the waiting time which is almost zero. You will not be required to spend your precious time waiting for the procedure.

2) The information provided by Dr Gaurav about the illness and treatment is very helpful. He will not just explain things in medical terminology but also in layman's terms and ensure you have better understanding of it and the procedure undergone.

3) Dr Gaurav is very friendly and professional at the same time maintaining a balance between both. I have undergone teeth cleaning and polishing, cavity filing and RCT and I am extremely satisfied with treatment at Ace Dentistry.
