I had joined healthyfy solutions 2months back as I had gained lot of weight post covid. It was not going down inspite of all my efforts due to which i was loosing my confidence. I was given very simple diet plan including ghar ka khana, very easy to follow. And I am amazed to see the results. 7kg of weight loss with 27.7 inches loss. I have started feeling more energetic and confident and it was done with minimum of my efforts. I was enjoying all my meals, it was customised according to my need and schedule and team members were in constant touch with me during the journey. I am having a great experience at Healthyfy, I have lost around 4 kgs (I'm still in the programme, will share the update after it is completed.)They're all really great at what they do. The diet chart they give is completely ghar ka khana and customised to according to your needs. It is a sustainable method which a person can follow life long. No crash dieting...No fad diets which are unsustainable and unhealthy in the long run.Plus my Dietician Dt. Lata Ma'am is really attentive and sweet, she listens to my needs and changes any item in the diet with another healthy and tasty option when I ask her. Dt. Khushi Ma'am is also a really sweet person, she calls regularly to motivate and ask about how the diet and physical activities are going, and whether I'm facing any problems. Talking to her feels like talking to a friend. And, one more thing you can always ask if you feel like you want to consult Dr. Dt. Sheenu Ma'am, she'll always meet you and patiently listen to and help with your issue.
