Dr. Avani is not only extremly good at her job but also a very nice person.I was referred to her after multiple counselling sessions as my phychologist felt the need for phychiatrist intervention.This is a late review, I underwent treatment between 2015-16 and looking back I can see the improvement in the quality of my life and I give due credit to Dr Avani for it. The medicines were prescribed according to what suited me and regular follow ups were set up to ensure progress. I was tapered off slowly and not abruptly allowing the body to adjust. No addicition formed whatsoever.When I visited the wait time was a bit high due to long queues of patients waiting to meet her, and in the first visit she did come across as being in a hurry, however having visited multiple times since, I can now say that these factors only show how good she is at what she does.

The doctor was very over-professional. Her overall body language was like she wasn't wanting to listen. She hardly listened to the patient completed talking and was all ready with her diagnosis. She did not try to counse

The doctor was very over-professional. Her overall body language was like she wasn't wanting to listen. She hardly listened to the patient completed talking and was all ready with her diagnosis. She did not try to counsel like any psychiatrist does. I would not recommend her at all.
