Dental Implant – No More a Reason to Fear Instead a Reason to Cheer!!

The very moment we hear about dental implants, either our hearts miss a beat or we start feeling scared of what’s going to happen next. I am no different since it was something entirely new to me and to add to it, I did not know anyone who had ever got an implant done and I could ask for feedback.

I have known Dr Ahuja for quite some time now and had taken his advice if I should go in for a filling or a bridge. After taking an x-ray and observing that I had lost more than 75% of the tooth the best way forward was a dental implant. Soon the day arrived and I was called at the clinic. Dr Ahuja had made me feel relaxed and clearly mentioned that once the local anaesthesia comes into action, I would not feel a thing. The first step involved extraction of the deteriorated tooth and that too in one piece and then screwing in the implant to my jaw. Surprisingly, the procedure was not at all painful as it sounded and was completed with ease. All that I could feel was the vibration of the drilling of the machine and the stitches being inserted, which had happened in the final stages. After a few days of eating food from one side, once the gums had shown signs of healing, I started eating from both sides and did not feel any pain at all. After about 3 months, I am now finally getting my tooth fixed and I am happy to see that my teeth look as good or even better than before.

Dr. Ahuja gone thoroughly all my reports & x rays and did root canal in my 7th molar ,now after 2 years I can say it was bang on diagnostic. There was absolutely no pain or problem while getting done root canal etc. During last 2 years also things were awesome. Treatment cost wise also it was the lowest during that time. Now after 2 years my crown came out but it has been resolved at my utmost satisfaction. My recommendation for Dr Ahuja close to perfect:-).
