Post Covid I went to health checkup and came to know that my fasting blood sugar level is 126mg/dl which belongs to pre diabetic category. I was so much worried about my health and further life because I am just 35 years old. It was a great experience. Its been a month and I already lost 6 kgs by just following the diet chart prepared by Dr Parul Bhardwaj..she is very well experienced and very friendly. Her diet chart is easy to follow and simple. Every week she keep changing my diet chart so that it doesn't seems boring. Also she never suggested me to stop consuming sugar instead asked me to have 1 tablespoon sugar in a day which is quite practical.
