As we begin the new year 2022,how grateful I am that I can cite my experience with Dr.Ankita and her staff at Krishna Dental clinic and implant center .From my very first visit at office ,I was made to feel welcome and comfortable both by friendly competence of staff and pleasant environment of the office itself.Dr.Ankita inspires the utmost confidence by her smile and by wealth of knowledge, skill and professionalism .

I visited as my mouth opening got reduced .I developed swelling also on face and bad tooth ache which was highly sensitive to hot and cold.

I was referred by my neighbour to visit her.My consultation was very assuring and well explained about the issue.That really calmed my anxious mind .In these covid times,I was quite skeptical about visiting the clinic for consultation. I was quite relieved to see the precautionary measures taken by the staff and clinic.

I was told to undergo extraction of wisdom tooth .The process was painless one.Doctor performed it well.

The procedure went off well and was completed in 15-20minutes.

Doctor is very professional and along with very soft spoken.Makes you feel at ease .

Clinic is well located at Exotica elegance arcade. Very clean and hygienic. Enough time of explanation and patiently hearing of the problem was given .Post extraction instructions were well explained and was called for review after 5days.

My experience overall was good.Initially was very nervous to get local anesthesia and thinking about tooth extraction. But you have to have patientce ,confidence and trust while heading up for treatment.

There is ease of accessibility to location and availability of doctor.

If you are living around indirapuram,ghaziabad and noida ,this is a place recommended for Dental treatment .

Experience has been amazing, Dr. Ankita Dudeja and her team did a fantastic job at ensuring I was taken care of the most efficient, professional and safe manner. Initially I visited her for denture for my Mother. She is very old and at times difficult to handle. She went to her for dental denture. We visited a lot of dental clinics but all said it is not possible to provide dentures at such an old age. However Dr Ankita was very considerate, warm and welcoming. She explained the entire process in detail and showed us the confidence that she can fix rhe issue. She ensured that it my mother was comfortable throughout the process. After the treatment, she was fully satisfised. It has been 4 years now and she has not experienced ay issue with it.

With this Dr Ankita also becames our family dentist. My Husband and I regularly visit her for scaling procedures and my kdis too also love to visit her clinic for checkup/tooth extraction. Her clinic is in an excellent condition with state of the art equipment, professionals and a highly sanitised and clean environment. All Covid protocols were followed and the overall experience was very satisfying. I highly recommend that everyone visit the clinic for any dental issues. Her ability to deal with kids is also mind-blowing. My Kids usually through a lot of tantrums while sitting on dental chair. Dr Ankita handles them very professionally and makes them comfortable before the treatment.

**** ******* **** *** **** *** ** ***** ********I had taken the appointment from this dentist on Friday. When she examined me, she hit all my tooth to know which tooth is bad.. And said only the wisdom tooth on the left has issues.. And she said for extraction, she quoted me around 2500 with 400 consultation.

On a Saturday, my appointment was scheduled for 12.30, her assistant kept calling me since morning "mam when are you coming, your appointment is fixed for 12.30". I reached there by 12.48. I could see 3 faces- one receptionist, 2 the dentist and 3 was another man.

Friday, she had not informed me that a 3rd person will also be there.. I had done 3 tooth extractions already.. I did not find the same professionalism in her.. No info nothing..

I was in the tooth extraction area, seated.. the receptionist who is also her assistant put a green cloth which was unclean over and around my neck.. This dentist was continuously taking assistance from the 3rd man who was also ther********* ***** *** ****** ** ***** *** ******* the wisdom tooth was removed by the 3rd man who unknown to me and left.. during the process, there was saliva accumulated in side my mouth but she was constantly inserting her tool.. pinching my mouth here and there.. ***** ***** ******** ** ** ******** ************

**** ******* **** *** **** **** ***** ***** ** *****Post extraction, she gave my tooth in my hand and came out to the reception area for billing. I paid her 2500 as discussed last day..

But she started screaming and said I never said 3500 and on top of it, she was raising her voice on me.. I said, mam i am speaking with you very politely then why are you screaming.. She started swearing and saying I Could never say 2500 when the rate is 3500.. I was like what this lady is saying.. She said if your payong only 3500, then i am not going to give you consultation and prescription ... Very shocking behavior.. I was so disappointed about choosing this dentist, just because its near my house.* ***** ** **** ** ***** **** **** i paid her the balance 1000 then she said ** *** ******** ** **** * **** ***** *** we dont need your 1000rs.. and she returned it backI was shocked again..***** ****** ** ** **** * ******* * ******* *** *** ** ********* ***** *** **** *** ******** *** ******** ******** ***** ** ***** *****

I said again- mam you serviced me and frankly speaking whatever happened while extraction and whatever is happening now gives me a very bad experience and I will never come to this place again..

I said again- I will credit the amount but she said if you credit again "I WILL BLOCK YOU IN GPAY"

I was shocked with her language..**** ***** ********* *** ***** ***** ** ******* *********** she apologized but let me tell you guys, I will never go to this dentist, she made me speak a lot after my tooth extraction which did hurt me a lot and she did not provide instructions on how should I take care of extraction area. ************ *** ** *** ************** *** **** *** **** ********* ** *** *** ***** *** ******* ********* ** ***** ***** ********* *** ******** ***** **** ********** ********* ******** *** ****** ** *******5) Disrespect towards patients

I am glad to know Dr. Ankita and would like to share my case. I have known Dr. Ankita since 2019when i first visited her clinic for the check up. Recently I met withe accident and fractured my front two teeth. Looking myself with fractured front teeth was terrify for me. It was havoc on me.

Doctor took out time to explain and calmed me down. I was scared to look myself in mirror with broken teeth. She dod a thorough check up and did the mock up to show me how will i look after the procedure. As you we all smile is very important feature on our face.. Once I was assured after the mock up look, gave my nod for going ahead. She did two restorations on front teeth. It took 2hours on restoration. She did splendid job and i was happy to see myself after the procedure. I am so grateful to get my smile back. She did the finishing and polishing well. The restorations looked very natural, it doesn't appear in different. I am smiling mor now and looks amazing.

She listens to the patient well. Thorough professional and has naturally lovely personality. Support staff was welcoming. Clinic premises well maintained and hygienic. Overall had a pleasant experience and my sincere recommendation and reference for others to visit her for their dental concerns.

I and my family have been visiting Krishna Dental Clinic for past 6 years. Dr Ankita has been our family dentist all through these years and I can say with full confidence that she is a professional. Out of so many procedure that me and family have undergone, she is always provided the best treatment possible with least possible hassle.

After marriage I shifted from Lucknow to Indirapuram, back then in 2015 I had severe pain in one of my teeth and it was difficult to visit my old Doctor in Lucknow, it was then one of my neighbor suggested me to go to Dr Ankita. I visited her and seamlessly performed RCT . It was then I built confidence her. Following that my laws, my husband have been a regular visitor to the place wherever there is an issue. To name some, my husband got an implant done from her, my father in law got complete denture made. She also got my wisdom tooth extracted.

Not to mention my son, she is great at dealing with kids. He is very naughty and it is extremely challenging to make him sit on the chair. She does so nicely when it comes to dealing with kids. He now himself loves to visit her as she gives him a tooth case post extraction. So far he has been collecting all his milk teeth :).

She gave her lot of time to talk to me and calm my nerves.I am usually extremely scared of going to dentist, thought of going to dentist give me shivers ,but them my wife convinced me to see Dr Ankita.There was pain in one of my tooth which was headed for tooth extraction.She counselled me well that the procedure would go painless .On trusting her words,I agreed to undergo the treatment.There was absolute no pain in recieving local anaesthesia also .She was great with tooth extraction also.Even though I was anxious, nervous,the procedure was done well.Dental implant was placed immediately after extraction.Earlier the thought of putting dental implant was terrifying and now as I got it done it seems comfortable.The clinic premises is neat ,clean and well organised and I could see the sterilization protocol was followed during procedure.

Now as my procedure is complete with naturally looking crown placed on my implant.I t just looks similar with my adjacent teeth.

I have a deep seated fear of doctors and dentists in particular. It is because of unpleasant experience in the past when I was a kid. A friend recommend Dr. Ankita Dudeja and I fixed an appointment for my multiple dental problems. The clinic is very clean and warm. The initial consultation made me comfortable and I decided to go ahead with the required treatment. I had to undergo multiple root canal procedures as most of my front teeth had broken down. The treatment was painless, quick and efficient. Though the antibiotics gave me a stomach problem, I had no choice. The best part was the caps for the teeth. They look really like natural teeth. I was very worried about the front teeth caps as it can change your personality. After the treatment it looks fab on me. Now I have to bring my mom to Dr.Ankita, I definitely rate Dr Ankita as on of the best dentists in Indirapuram. He not only fixed my teeth to make me look better but also gave special attention to all my queries keeping my phobia in mind. Thanks a ton doctor, your work is magical.

I went to Krishna dental clinic for pain in one of my molar and was diagnosed with rct procedure, followed with filling and placement of ceramic crown. The entire process has been hassle free and very cordial, thanks to calm and friendly disposition of Dr. Ankita Dudeja. She made it very simple to understand what is going on time to time, rendering me to not panic over uncertainty, which helped me stay relaxed and calm. Their readiness to reach out to me, post every sitting, in order to check if things are all right and availability for the same, is commendable. Dr. Ankita is a wonderful doctor. I went for my wisdom tooth extraction. She explained the issue and the process of extraction very well. She assured me not to be afraid (as I had a bad experience earlier with some other dentist and thus developed a phobia from extraction process). The process went too well without any pain and took hardly 15-20minutes. I would recommend everyone to visit Dr Ankita if you are looking for a good Dentist.
