My experience was great. The doctor was nice. The staffs were very friendly. It was very clean. Overall i would recommend.

I have been beyond lucky to find Dr Fahad Sidiquee at Universal Dental. Clean sanitary facilities, modern equipment, X-ray on site, ******** ********** ***** ****** *********** European and American dental technology and most importantly kindness and compassion.

I developed an extremely severe dental and jaw infection while staying in Bodhgaya for the Kalachakra. Got shooting pain in half my face worse than anything I have felt in 15 years and couldn't figure out what it was. Took a cycle of antibiotics and borrowed pain medication from a friend. The radiating infection subsided enough for me to tune into the root of it under one of my teeth. Sanitation is a big problem in Bodhgaya and there are not a lot of doctors or dentist with modern equipment. I searched for a dentist with good credentials who had worked at a government hospital (in India this practically guarantees extensive amount of experience due to patient volume.)

I was extremely lucky to find Dr Fahad online near me in India with wonderful reviews on the Practo site. I picked him because his website highlights he has done charity work in his off time, values sanitation and looked to be well respected with many wonderful reviews. He was out of town when I first contacted him but started treating me immediately remotely for the infection. He was incredibly kind and responsive in a time when I was definitely scared and very unwell. I don't even think I could get this treatment at home with text and phone responses to my questions as I have dealt with this acute dental infection. He ended up having to do 2 root canals with crowns for me. It took almost 10 days and 4 visits before the root canals to get the infection to go down and almost a month of dental treatments to finish this mainly due to the level of the infection. In every visit his staff has been helpful, kind and are well trained. His wife even cooked lunch one day and I have to say she is an excellent chef. I could not recommend this dentist more warmly.

Doesn't seem like a clinic, it looks like a cozy place to sit and to chat. When my teeth was replaced, there was a screen I was shown, this was my teeth and I couldn't make out any difference from my original teeth. Whatever equipment was being used was either packed and a level of hygiene was maintained. The procedure was explained to me in detail and the doctor didn't seem to be rushing through the explanation.

Overall the complete team of the clinic was very friendly and always greeted me with a smile.

I would definitely recommend this to any one looking for a quality dental treatment in and around Gaya city.

Awesome hospitality received. Doctor spend satisfactory time with me. Listen all the previous history patiently and responded accordingly. Time spend during the whole root canal process was very less. Looked each and every aspect of mine dental condition and behave softly while undergoing treatment. I never expect this much of time and support I received from the doctor. The consultation and whole treatment cost is very reasonable. I am really thankful to doctor and his team and wishes all the best.

I never thought of visiting a dentist. However, I visited Universal Dental Clinic for normal checkups. Dr. Fahad's warm and welcoming attitude was enough for me to overcome my fear regarding dentist. He is extremely relaxed and cool at the time of treatment. I had not even realised when I was done. His helping hands are too good. His state of art infrastructure and advanced equipments with high level of hygiene itself shows the quality of Clinic. I think this clinic is providing a world class treatment with such a reasonable price.

When I first entered here, it was dental checkup and I liked the place so much. The doctors are so polite and so sweet to talk to, I tell them several times that you don't need to have an anaesthasia here, the way you speak takes away all the pain. They explain you everything.
