I had been a gym enthusiast from past 3 years and i did a bit heavy lifting plus i used to play volleyball on weekends which caused a Ac joint injury in my shoulder and after seeing so many therapist and orthos i could not able to get out of it. Finally in January i came to Dr Sanjay and he started working on my shoulder injury from a completely different perspective like a professional athlete being looked upon and did treatments like needling, k taping, Mfs, and effective mobilization, theraband strengthening and manual exercises like we often see over youtube by western physiotherapist. And the best part is he explains everything like a professor is teaching you to make us aware about our injury causes etc. And even teach exercises to do at home. Now, my shoulder is quite better, new Mri showing a lot of improvement but i will soon be going to get my neck treated for cervical spondylosis and hoping for unconventional treatments. One limitation which i faced for myself is it seems bit costly to me as physiotherapy takes good amount of time to get things working so overall all the sessions money put a lot of pressure.

I have been suffering from back pain for the last 3 years. During the past 1.5 years the back pain has increased in intensity, and in the last 8-9 months the pain has started traveling to my right hip and right thigh. As a result of my medical condition I could not sit on a chair for more than 30 minutes at a stretch.

I don't have enough words to thank Dr. Sanjay. I had had serious problems with my knees for almost two years before I approached him. I had seen other physiotherapists before but it hadn't helped. The thought of being unable to perform regular life functions such as jogging, despite being in early 20s, had haunted me. But in the very first session, Dr. Sanjay made me believe that the problem can actually be cured with physiotherapy. The very first session showed results.

It's hard to find someone who is so highly qualified, pays so much attention to your problem and puts in extra efforts to resolve the same. I was amazed to see his commitment and this inspired me and gave me the courage to deal with it.

During these sessions I realized that resolution of any injury or pain requires work at both physical and mental level. Most of the therapists don't focus on the mental aspect. But he does and trust me, that really makes a lot of difference.

And the result was that I, who was not even able to walk properly, successfully participated in a 5km marathon run!! All thanks to him! **** * *** ***** *** ** **** ** ** ********** *** ** *** **** ** **** ****** These things take time to heal, so we need to keep patience but be rest assured that this will give results.

Recently I have Visited For Rehab of ACL and MCL after Reconstructive Surgery... After Surgery I had Home Physio by some other Doctor...for 3 months and my range of motion of knee was merely 85 degrees and i was not able to even climb stairs and only in mere 30 days of Treatment by Dr Sanjay and Team... I have got my strength back... I have a ROM of 110 degrees (With A screw in Knee causing Further Hindrance in ROM ) Walking and climbing stairs as well... Dr Sanjay and Dr Oeisy both are experts in their work. When i approached them they took the time to listen to my concerns and answered all of my questions thoroughly, ensuring that I was comfortable with the treatment plan they had in mind for me. Throughout my sessions, they were incredibly attentive and provided constant feedback and encouragement.

What I appreciated most about them is their ability to make me feel like more than just a patient. They took a genuine interest in my well-being and treated me with kindness and compassion at every turn.

I made the appointment for my mother who had some back and knee problems due to arthritis and after surgery muscle weakness. He did the clinical inspection and suggested us the therapy sessions which helped my mom alot.

The best thing is the way he explains the problems to the family/patient. Even though i was not present in country he was making time to explain things in details and suggesting course of actions. He never shy away from responding any questions whether on call or chat.

It has been almost a month since I've started physiotherapy for my tibial plateau fracture with Dr. Sanjay. When we had just started, it had been 2 months since the surgery, I was on partial weight bearing period and my knee was normally bending at about 65 degrees. After around 20 sessions at Healing Spaces, it has improved to 90 degrees, I've started full weight bearing period, switched from walker to elbow crutches, and started driving.

Dr. Sanjay's approach has been very pragmatic and systematic. Also, he not only focusses on the physical aspect of the injury, but also on the mental aspect. In my particular case, I had some mental blocks which were not letting me put more weight on my leg, which he helped to relieve using some breathing exercises and activation points. Moreover, I've seen Dr. Sanjay to be very dedicated towards his patients and patiently explaining about their problems and treatments. He also wrote down an exercise plan for me as homework on request.

Being a sports person got injured 2.5 years back .Due to some issues it took 1 year to get it operated didn't recover in initial 16 months post operation. Is been here for last 3 months .Recovery of shoulder is been well in these months .Gained full range of motion . Some sort of strength too is gained . What makes it unique is that they not only focus on the Physical aspect of injury but psychological aspect too which helps in the recovery process also . I had been treated at various rehabilitation clinic but this has been my best experience till now.
