I had been a gym enthusiast from past 3 years and i did a bit heavy lifting plus i used to play volleyball on weekends which caused a Ac joint injury in my shoulder and after seeing so many therapist and orthos i could not able to get out of it. Finally in January i came to Dr Sanjay and he started working on my shoulder injury from a completely different perspective like a professional athlete being looked upon and did treatments like needling, k taping, Mfs, and effective mobilization, theraband strengthening and manual exercises like we often see over youtube by western physiotherapist. And the best part is he explains everything like a professor is teaching you to make us aware about our injury causes etc. And even teach exercises to do at home. Now, my shoulder is quite better, new Mri showing a lot of improvement but i will soon be going to get my neck treated for cervical spondylosis and hoping for unconventional treatments. One limitation which i faced for myself is it seems bit costly to me as physiotherapy takes good amount of time to get things working so overall all the sessions money put a lot of pressure.
