Gdmg mam ,today is the last day of my diet plan with u,and iam very happy to inform you that i have reduced 10 kgs in 3months! It has been an amazing journey with you! Your recipes are so yummy still healthy! Although my plan will end today,but ill continue to follow the life lessons learned from you,thanku for being a wonderful teacher! One of the best part of your diet plan is you dont focus on exccessive and heavy workout,(as my body does not allows me) and this was the reason why i chose out out of so many dieticians online. Keep making the videos,as ill be following you,and once again thanku dear jini, my magician for bringing the change in me! Visited for healthy weight loss

I thought weight loss is a myth, till I met Dietitian sai mahima. I had tried many diet plans and many suggestions for almost 4 years but none of them worked. Then i thought of giving a try with professional Dietitian.i met one stranger while traveling and she referred Sai mahima for consulting.So,opted for 3 month support. I started the diet and results were unbelievable. First 2 weeks I lost 3 kg and subsequently 1 KG every two weeks consistently. I did have few non-diet weeks due to travel and gained weight in those weeks and compensated in the following weeks. I lost total 7 KGs in 75 days and I hardly felt that I was on a diet. She gives the food chart according to our food culture, so almost everything you love is included in the diet plan, which makes it easier to follow except when we are in front of some extremely tempting food items. 😂 During this whole program, I not only lost weight but also gained back my charm and confidence.
