Chauhan and his team, including Dr. Anuj and other members, for the excellent care and support provided during my father’s laparoscopic cholecystectomy at Fortis Noida. Their expertise, calm approach, and the way they patiently listened to all our concerns made the entire process smooth and reassuring. I would also like to appreciate the coordinators, Keshav and Shweta, for their constant guidance and cooperation throughout the journey. Overall, the entire team was polite, compassionate, and professional, and we are truly thankful for the care extended to our family.

I visited Fortis on recommendation of my Doctor for Hernia Surgery. Though The Surgeon Dr. V.S Chauhan and his team is very Very nice and Satisfactory, the hospital compelled me to deposit RS. 50,000/- before admission on the pretext that it will be refunded on discharge on receiving the payment from my insurer, on discharge they told my wife that the refund wii be credited to my account within three days. After three days when I contacted they told it will take another 2-3 days. Again after three days they told me that the payment failed due to insufficient funds and now they will make the payment through NEFT and I was forced to fill a form for that and told me that I will get the refund in 5-7 days. Now it is almost 15 days after my discharge, I am still waiting to receive my money back. I don't know who is responsible and how I will get the money back. The Hospital's Accounts people are not at all interested in refunding the money. It is a shocking joke on the patient who has to follow up many days for refund of his own money.

His positive attitude and words of encouragement were one the reasons for my fast recovery. I'm still in my recovery but a follow up with the doctor is all it took to clear all doubts in my mind. I was free to go the next day of my surgery and am normally walking in a week. Dr Chauhan is the ideal friendly and positive surgeon you are looking for.
