The experience was good. The doctor is friendly and kind. She explained the procedure patiently . I didn't have to wait for more than 15 minutes for my consultation. The treatment well very well and the results are good. I would strongly recommend the doctor.

We are very satisfied with treatment and behavior. Dr. Swati Mohan is very friendly in nature. During COVID time also she checked my child nicely. Very Good, supporting and well trained staff. I had an excellent experience, will highly recommend.

I visited Swati Mohan for treatment of pigmentation issues at the fortis hospital , for which she directed me to her personal clinic * **** *** ***** ******* *** ***** ***** ***** . She is impolite, *************** arrogant and a rude person *** **** *** ****** *** ** *** ******* ***** *** **** *** ********** **** **** ***** ** *** ******* * **** *** *** ******* * ** *** **** **** ** ** ***** ******* ********* She sold me 6 skin resurfacing sittings *** **** ** ******** **** ****** ** ******* ******* she sold me Derma roller treatment which she did on my face directly without explaining me how it will be done , her ********* staff applied anesthetisa ointment on my face ******* ***** * **** ***** **** and Swati Mohan just ran the roller on my exposed skin ******* *** *********** **** **** ***** ******* ** ****** ** * *** ** **** * **** ******** *** *** ****** **** *** ** * ****** ** **** *** ***** ** ***** ***** ****** ******* * ** **** ****** **** **** ****** *** ****** **** ******** ***** ** ******* * *** when I kept asking she and her staff kept ************ me that these marks will go in Horrible experience 5-7 days , whereas I simply had to give up **** *** **** *********** ************** ********** *** ***** ***** ****** ** ** **** *** **** **** ** **** * Most horrible experience of my life. She made us wait for 45 mins while she was sitting upstairs. When she came for OPD and checked me she recommeded only Laser surgery and told me I have to get it done asap. Only laser is the solution for my problem and gave me budget of 16000 with 2 sittings. She told me this price is applicable for just today only as this price may change if I come back to her after 2-3 days. Also I will be changed OPD charge if I donot book the laser on the same day.

I paid rs 500 as OPD charge and after looking at my face for 2 mins gave me laser option with take it or leave it. No other medicine or cure was recommended by her.

Would never ever recommend or visit her again.

My Parents (75 yrs age) visited dr. Swati Mohan at her clinic for a Body Acne which was very ichy and red.

She prescribed a combination of medicines (Antiallergic, steriodal, ointments..) which slightly improved the situation but she was rude and didn't listen to symptoms completely.

Also made them wait long time after giving them time for appointment while she is living upstairs (not that she was seeing other patients). When complained about delay, she was extremely angry and didn't wanted to treat further.

I am surprised at the attitude, doctors of all should be empathetic about patients, that too for senior citizens, ***** *** *** ***** ************ *** *********

Waste of time and money with her . Dr always advice me for next 3-4 sittings after completing all sittings . But I did not get the results .I totally unsatisfied with her working style also. I wait always more then 2 to 3 hours while Dr moving here and there and waste time to talk with her staff like Why AC on , why you late today , why more patient come today while I told you that today I have no time * ** ****** *********** ****** *** **** **** ****

After 8 sittings of laser hair removal , there were still hairs on my face. Upon asking Doctor when will they will be gone, she felt offended and left the treatment in between. So, after paying so much for almost 1 year, I was still at the same position. She even does not know how to behave with the patient. I would never recommend anyone to go to her.

My negative experience with fortis and dr. Swati mohan. She's arrogant and asks for expensive treatments like laser *** ***** *********** ****** I have wasted lot of money on the treatment ******* ** ******* ** ******* ***** so i have to now consult some other doctor. **** ** *** **** ******* ** ***** ** ** **** ** *** ****** *** ** ****** *** ******** ** ** *** ******* ********** *** **** ****** *** ** ********

She misbehave with her staff as well as with her patients.

I have go to swati mohan as I have pigmentation on my face ... without doing any test they go for SRP treatment and one dermaroller. Tha cost of this 14,000/- This procedure took in 4-5 months .They said use too much of cream and tube. In treatment process ,my skin is looking glowing and my skin tone become 3-4 skin tone lighter.

But my treatment is completed ..and by the consultation of doctor I stop all cream then my face become as usual as they are before as they are darker. It's totally a wastage of money ..don't visit to them

She is an arrogant doctor. *** ****** ****** *** ******* ********** Every time her staff was coming in and out and she was also on the move even when the patient was being examined. While attending us she went outside the room two times. Next day when we went to show the reports she showed her attitude. Asked to get advice regarding taking the medicine from chemist as she was getting late for lunch. In one day my hard earned money flowed like water. I feel extremely harassed after paying hefty fees for consultation and tests advised by her,

and wasting four hours at a reputed hospital like Fortis escorts Faridabad. Highly unpro*fessional.
