Took an appointment through Practo for 3.45. Reached and was told the doctor wasn’t there. Wasn’t informed by the staff or the doctor that he wouldn’t be there till 6. What’s the point of takin an appointment and setting
Took an appointment through Practo for 3.45. Reached and was told the doctor wasn’t there. Wasn’t informed by the staff or the doctor that he wouldn’t be there till 6. What’s the point of takin an appointment and setting aside time if you are gonna be told to go back when you finally make it?
The same thing happened once before. However, at that time we were informed just before we were about to leave. Still, the inconvenience caused by this was immense both times. It points to the unprofessionalism of the staff at handling appointments. If the doctor is not going to be available at the times on Practo, the timings must be updated. This sheer laziness points to disregard for the patients’ time and the effort it takes to get to the clinic. The fact that this has happened twice just makes that all the more clear.
