I have started diet consulting with the doctor for 4 months now . My weight had become constant at 78kgs and despite excercising, controlling diet , sugar intake etc.

I am happy to report that I have lost 5 kgs since I started consultation. I could see what I was doing wrong - more importantly my diet is balanced now with salads , fruits and vegetables . I feel more energy, feel lighter and my mood has improved. I am able to do more rigorous asanas and feel more strength and stamina. I am making better choices in food and the transformation has been more at mental level than physical, though my skin is better and I have lost considerable inches - my clothes size has reduced from L to M. The whole team is great, they keep tab of your daily progress and they are always available whenever you'll message or call. They really listens to all your needs, likes and dislikes. All the food incorporated in the diet are home cooked and easily available, this makes the diet plan hassle free and easy to follow.
