Me and my wife were classmates and was in relationship for 8 years. Later got married with blessings from both families. We both work in the IT industry in market leading companies. Even though we didn’t have any issues in our relationship, we had an unconsummated marriage for 2.5 years. Even though we had strong mental bond and years of familiarity & affection towards each other, we were unable to take it to the next level as my wife wouldn’t let sexual intercourse. He walked us through multiple sessions and suggested and taught methods like ‘relaxation technique’, ‘Sensate focus’ etc for both of us and specific Kegel exercises for my wife.

Hence, he suggested the next step of action ‘Dilator test’ for wife and we decided to do that understanding doctor’s confidence and determination to help us. After 3 visits for dilator test, we were able to finally make successful intercourse.

This has been a great experience with Dr. Radhakrishnan Nair's Andro Gynaecare Clinic as it offers what we expect when we deal with similar issues which are being considered taboo in normal Malayali lifestyle. He gives us separate slots and has compete privacy on what we discuss there with him. Once a patient is there with him for counselling, he won’t let no one else which is really helps us to open up with him. Also, I must thank doctor for showing immense patience towards us as we were a lazy couple and he really pushed us by asking for daily followups and reminders. He also helped us to overcome several personal issues and barriers we had during the treatment. Also, even after we consummated, he advised us what to follow and how to manage our wellbeing.

I am married for last 5 years, due to lack of sexual awareness it took me sometime to understand that I have the issue of premature ejaculation and erectile dysfunction. I wasn't sure who to consult or with whom to discuss this issue. During the Covid lockdown I made up mind to consult a specialist online that's how I ended up meeting doctor with the help of Practo (Online consultation platform).

During the online consultation I wasn't able to express my condition to its extend to doctor. But later on I went to his clinic in kadavanthara with my wife and explained him of my situation and our need to have a healthy sex life and our desire to conceive baby.

Hearing my issues he ran some test and found that I am physically healthy and my issues are not related to my physical incapability but due to my mental stress. Me and my wife are married for last 5 years. Both of us are working and settled in Hyderabad. We have been trying for a baby for last 3years and would have met a lot of doctors in this period. All the doctors we met never had any time or intention to understand the real problem and would directly subscribe for medicine or IVF at first sitting. We still went ahead with having such medicines and nothing improved. We were able to consummate from begining but never ejaculated.

In my lifetime, I never had masturbated or was able to ejaculate during intercourse and hence over a period of time lost hope of normal pregnancy.

My case was very rare to him where the male is not able to ejaculate at all but he never lost hope on me. He kept motivating me and started with relaxation techniques which were really useful. Within a one month's time I was able to ejaculate by masterbating and today I feel great to do something which I thought was impossible for me.

Due to this, I was able to do semen analysis and it was found that the sperm count and motility was perfect. Also, general checkup done for my wife and by god's grace, no health issues found for her too. We are now a happy couple to atleast overcome the big fear we had and are trying to conceive under doctors guidance.
