He gives a patient hearing during consultation and is very humble, for instance, If he ever keeps his patients waiting he always apologizes for the delay.

Dr. Shaji, is extremely professional, an expert in his filed as an oncosurgeon. His professional qualification, skill and experience at such a young age, works to his advantage, as he is flexible and open to exploring latest methods, technologies and medical therapies, most suited for an individual, while rigidly following post surgery procedures and follow ups, to ensure that his patients have full recovery. He always has the best interest of his patient in mind.

On our very first meeting, he gained my trust and I decided to put all my fears aside and go with his advice on having a complete hysterectomy at age 33; as there was evidence of ovarian carcinoma (microinvasion). It is now almost a year after my surgery and Dr. Shaji has been prompt in his follow ups and goes out of his way to not only help me with the recovery from my surgery but also helps me with tips for a health and fruitful future, thereby ensuring that there is a wholesome approach to my recovery and wellbeing.

The factor that is most stunning about Dr,. Shaji, is that even though he is engaged in a surgery, he is still very accessible, over the phone. I think he has all his patients numbers saved and attends to their calls and queries and any part of the day or night. If he cannot take a call while in surgery, he immediately calls back when he can, I have personally experienced this and it is a quality that is highly appreciated.

One of the qualities that I liked most about Dr. Shaji is his confidence. Once he studies a patient and the case he has an entire road map chalked out which covers even the most minutes details. He is also highly methodical in his approach and very honest in laying down all the positive and negatives of any procedure or medication prescribed.
