I was really amazed by rhe fact that when doctor told me we will try and save the tooth without root canal treatment as the tooth is still alive. What amazed me most is nowadays many of the clinics try to exploit patients and grab maximum amount for unnecessary treatments. Kudos to Dr Joy and team from Dr Joys dental clinic at kakkanad

Doctor was very friendly, advise was very helpful. However I felt the charges were too high.

Me and my son got our teeth cleaned. I asked for the charges when the doctor mentioned my son needs cleaning which they said was ₹600. My teeth were cleaned too but I wasn’t informed about the charges. I assumed it would be same charges but when I was billed it was double my son’s charges. I was charged ₹1200.

They didn’t inform me about such high charges before hand.

Very bad experience. I doctor didn't even check the X ray and started the operation. While operating the doctor was very harsh and didn't allow to close my mouth and take some breath. He also told me that I should have come early and this he told at the time of operation since he was in hurry. It was terrible experience. I should have gone to some doctor or hospital instead of coming there. Bad experience.
