Thanks for the feedback, we have shifted to a new purpose built pediatric clinic with an entirely new play area with new toys, has also a dedicated mother and baby area. About your suggestions for the sandals our nurses wear sandals which are confined to the clinic, but you are right, can create confusion, we will probably ask them to wear socks or walk barefoot, better to have uniform standard, we will ask staff to be more polite and introduce an anonymous feed back system.
