From the moment I sent a WhatsApp message to the number shown in the website, enquiring about dental service for my elderly mother who has numerous other health issues, Dr. Basil always attended to all my queries in a professional manner, with attention into details. Compassionate, kind-hearted, very caring and soft spoken, any other positive adjectives that we can think of…. such an amazing professional, and as obvious, he prioritizes and does what is BEST for the patient. From the Initial consult till to date the most recent visit, the team always followed up with a phone call to see how my mother is feeling and to see if she has any discomfort from the procedures performed – keeping in mind that in her current age of 70, this is the first ever dental procedure for her. Excellent service at an affordable price.
