Mrs. Samaras spent over seven years practicing as a clinical psychologist with international NGOs such Médecins du Monde (MDM) and Social Promotion Foundation (FPS) based out of Lebanon until 2021. She specializes in couples therapy using the systemic approach from Lien Systémique Lebanon in collaboration with IFATC France in 2017, and interpersonal therapy or IPT from Teacher’s College Colombia University in 2019, as well as in parental coaching from Lien Systémique Lebanon in 2015.
With her experience with children and supporting their parents, Mrs. Samaras is also skilled in working with older age groups and adults on overcoming mood disorders, anxiety and adjustment disorders, interpersonal disputes, grief and loss. She also provides couples therapy to support couples in developing a successful relationship and help them practice healthy behaviors and overcome life’s challenges.
