With over seven years of practice as a clinical psychologist, she has worked with different age groups including both adolescents and adults in public and private clinical settings. Before moving to Dubai in 2023 to join ACPN, Ms. Sefa worked in Australia as Senior Clinical Psychologist. Her role encompassed leading clinical supervision for psychology teams and training graduate psychologists, to providing psychological assessments, formulation of treatment plans and implementation of evidence-based treatments including Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness, EMDR, Schema Therapy and Dialectic Behavior Therapy for individuals and groups.
