I had a wonderful visit to the clinic, especially with Dr. Shweta. The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating, creating a welcoming atmosphere. At the time, I was experiencing significant tooth discomfort, so I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Shweta. After a thorough check-up and X-ray, she discovered that my tooth was in worse condition than I had anticipated and needed to be extracted.

Naturally, I felt anxious and nervous, but Dr. Shweta’s gentle and comforting approach quickly put me at ease. When I expressed my fears, she was incredibly understanding and reassuring, making the entire procedure far less stressful. Her skillful and gentle technique, combined with her warm demeanor, made a world of difference.

As a thoughtful gesture, they even offered me ice cream after the procedure! What stood out most was the follow-up message from the staff a couple of days later to check on my recovery. The team’s kindness and dedication to patient care were truly remarkable.
