My first pregnancy attempt at Conceive ended early, which was heartbreaking, but I didn’t give up. After returning from my vacation in January 2024, I came back determined to try again. Because I had over ten frozen embryos, I asked Dr. Ruma Chakraborty to perform genetic screening. She generously offered a significant discount on the procedure. Two embryos were transferred in February, and now, by the grace of God and the excellent care from Conceive, I am 14 weeks pregnant. The support I’ve received at Conceive has been beyond amazing — the staff made me feel at home. While the waiting time was longer than expected, I recognize that the team is working hard to manage appointments efficiently. The ultrasound service, though charged separately, was conducted professionally and added value to my consultation. Overall, I believe with continued improvements, the clinic can provide excellent care and support for patients on their fertility journey.
