He approached every appointment with patience and clarity, which eased so much of my stress. Beyond just medical care, the hospital also helped sort out my insurance matters smoothly, saving me from worrying about huge expenses. Walking out of Saudi German Hospital Dubai, I couldn’t believe how relieved and confident I felt—it’s not every day you leave a doctor’s office actually smiling, but Dr. Najib Zeidan somehow pulled that off. From the start, he made me feel comfortable, breaking things down in simple terms instead of throwing medical jargon at me, and though I’d gone in worried and tense, his calm and thorough way of explaining everything turned the whole visit around. Even the staff played their part perfectly, with friendly faces, quick service, and none of that endless waiting that usually comes with hospital visits.
