He was professional, attentive, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which gave us a lot of confidence and peace of mind. The staff were also friendly and efficient, and even when we had a small issue at the pharmacy, it was quickly sorted out. I needed surgery for a serious issue, and Dr. Mohamed Ibrahim managed everything with incredible skill and professionalism, giving me confidence and peace of mind throughout the process. After the operation, I spent one night in a spotless, comfortable room where the staff were exceptionally polite and attentive, checking on me regularly and making sure I was pain-free and comfortable.
