He earned his medical degree from the American University of Beirut in 2005 and completed his orthopedic residency at the same institution in 2011. He pursued further subspecialty training with a Clinical Fellowship in Pediatric Orthopedic Surgery at Shriners Hospital for Children in Portland, Oregon, in 2012, followed by a Fellowship in Spine Surgery at Oregon Health and Science University Hospital in 2013.
