My 6-year-old son was admitted last night, and I am very grateful for the help and support we received throughout his stay. From Dr. Hamza in Pediatrics to all the nursing staff, everyone was professional and attentive. Although the pediatric ward was full, my son was cared for in the Orthopedic department, where the nurses were especially dedicated. We even received all our medications delivered directly to our room before discharge, which was very convenient. The catering team, cleaners, and security staff were also friendly and willing to assist at every step. The only minor issue was with a staff member in the pediatric admissions department who assumed my insurance wouldn’t be accepted without confirming first—perhaps because I was casually dressed in shorts and slippers. Aside from that, I give five stars to all the staff for their excellent care. One suggestion would be to consider hiring more nurses, as they seemed quite overwhelmed with patients, but even so, they remained helpful and attentive. Thank you all for your dedication!
