S…read morehe has expansive medical experience and has worked in a range of healthcare settings across the UK, including hospitals such as Charing Cross, where she was involved in urgent care services. She also brings valuable international experience from her time at Raffles Medical Centre in Singapore.
Dr Hajra earned her medical degree (MBChB) from the University of Leeds, UK, and completed her foundation training at the University Hospitals of North Midlands NHS Trust and the University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust. She went on to pursue her Family Medicine training through the Kent, Surrey, and Sussex (KSS) Deanery, qualifying as a Consultant in 2014.
Dr Hajra has a special interest in women’s health, menopause care, and lifestyle and preventative medicine. She is a member of the British Menopause Society, an associate member of the Faculty of Sexual and Reproductive Health, and a member of the Emirates Lifestyle and Longevity Medicine. She is deeply passionate about menopause care and guiding women through the menopause transition, with extensive knowledge spanning lifestyle management to medical therapies, including hormone replacement therapy (HRT). She is also committed to medical education and empowering women to better understand and manage their health, particularly during the perimenopause and menopause stages.Dr Hajra takes a holistic, evidence-based approach tailored to each woman’s needs and aims to create a supportive environment where women feel heard and empowered in their healthcare decisions.
