Dr Noel is a Consultant in Emergency Medicine with 20 years experience…read more in the field and a special interest in major trauma. In the Middle East, he spent the last 4 years in the UAE where initial 2 years was at a very busy Emergency Department, Al Qassimi Hospital (Trauma Center, hyperacute stroke and STEMI Center) as an Emergency Medicine Consultant.
More recently, he was Head of Emergency Services for a private hospital group in Dubai and Sharjah having responsibility for 4 Emergency Departments. At the peak of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, Dr Noel was the Medical Director for a 500 beds temporary isolation facility for confirmed cases in co-operation with Governmental Authorities. He was also in a leading role in achieving JCI Accreditation in 2021.
Prior to the UAE, Dr Noel worked as a consultant in the Emergency Department of King’s College Hospital in London, UK for nearly 10 years where he gained extensive experience in major trauma.
