He received his medical degree at the Medical School of Pecs in Hungary. He specialized in dermatology at the University Clinic of Dermatology, Pecs in Hungary. In 2009 he moved to Sweden and 2013 he became consultant dermatologist while working in the Swedish private and governmental healthcare. He is board certified in dermatology in Hungary and Sweden. Dr Hodosi moved to the UAE in 2019, and in 2022 joined Kings College Hospital London Dubai. 2024 he became assistant professor at the Gulf Medical University..
