He then obtained a Diplomate from the National Board in Paediatrics and a Fellowship in Neonatology from the Amrita Institute of Medical Sciences, Kochi, India. He is a certified BLS and PALS provider from the American Heart Association. Dr. Ali is a member of the Indian Medical Association, the Indian Academy of Paediatrics and the National Neonatology Forum (India).
After completing his training and Fellowship in Neonatology, he was working as a Senior Specialist at Aster Medcity in India, before relocating to UAE. He was then working as a Specialist in Paediatrics and Neonatology for several years at Aster Hospital in Dubai before moving to Medcare Hospital.
Dr. Ali provides holistic care for khis patients that includes growth and developmental assessment, general paediatric OPD and IP management, vaccination services, annual health check-ups, well-baby clinic follow-up, nutritional advice and counselling of parents, with a focus on the physical and mental well-being of children. His expertise lies in the management of infectious diseases and various allergic disorders including asthma in children. . He has a special interest in Neonatology with a qualification and is proficient with various modes of ventilation in new-borns, care of extremely preterm babies with very low birth weight, neonatal resuscitation, care for high-risk new-borns, managing neonatal emergencies and various common health issues of new-borns.
