Bad Posture

I have kyphosis and lordosis as well which has also resulted in a forward head posture, this puts me to great discomfort especially when I'm sitting and time to time, I need to lie down but when I'm outside, I can't lie down, would surgery be a bad idea at my age? Also, what exercises can I do?

Suffering from knee pain

I have started working out at gym from past one month. From a week, I am having knee pain which I could feel only when I raid bike or while sleeping or when I sit on my knees. Wanted to know how can I reduce my pain?

Pain in left forearm

While doing the bicep curl exercise, I feel severe pain in left forearm.. It feels very stiff as if the nerves are entangled.. Please help.

I have been experiencing severe pain in my foot soles since a couple of months esp. at late night and bed time . I tried hot water , voilini treatment at home but no relief so far.
