I'm getting shoulder pain while I sit for an hour without leaning in chair,also while I drive my bike for an hour. In my school and college days while writing exam I got the pain. After I got into work in my office the pain was not there and that time I use to travel in train. Now for the past 2 months I used my two wheeler for going to my office . And the pain getting heavier than before.plz suggest me.im not using any medicine and not took any treatment before and now.
In morning after wakeup...right side back pain heavy fr last couple of yrs...

I have piriformis muscle pain in left leg. Feel shark pain in buttock and outer calf during walking and standing. And have tickling feeling in feet.
I have been experiencing severe pain in my foot soles since a couple of months esp. at late night and bed time . I tried hot water , voilini treatment at home but no relief so far. Rest i am a healthy individual with no history of any pathological or any other issues.
I would appreciate anyone of you for guiding me in the right direction as to how to proceed about this problem from here on
Few years back i was having lower back pain on my right side.
I think it came due to improper lifting or pushing a heavy object.
I felt pain after walking long distances and for few minutes in bed.
Pain was there for few years.
I started physiotherapy for it.
It was there after i did physio exercises.
Then after i left physio in few months it went away.
Now it has completely gone.
I can walk long distances with no pain and i cant feel any pain in lower back.
Was it a muscle spasm or something else?
I never went to any doctor as the pain was always mild.
Can i continue gymming exercises??
I am not doing lower back exercises from some time.
Should i do those exercises regularly.
