I was at a very low point in my life when I decided to meet Upasana Ma'am, and looking back at everything now, I have to say that it was the wisest decision I've ever made for my own personal development.

Initially I just knew that a lot of things were wrong, but could not even understand my own situation enough to analyse it.

I had just come out of a relationship and was feeling extremely lost and purposeless. My career had taken a hit, and with that my self confidence was all gone. I felt like a failure as a human being, and that I was a disappointment to everyone around me.

Ma'am started my treatment by delving deep into the current situation in order to help me understand what exactly it was that was making me feel like I was of no worth. We practised a lot of behaviour therapy techniques in order to correct my Cognitive Distortions and ones like the three column technique helped me identify what I was doing wrong and rationalising my own negative thoughts, and eventually led me into a much more positive mindset.

Another thing I was struggling with was with my career, as I could not even plan out basic tasks and complete them. We worked on my productivity by doing detailed planning of my day and taking small steps in achieving them. With time, I started working efficiently and started preparing for interviews. She helped me through a great deal of the job hunting phase and the many rejections that came along the way. Eventually, I found a good job and am a happy and productive person today, thanks to her valuable guidance and faith in me.

She is extremely patient, positive, realistic, ************* and understanding. While giving honest feedback, she keeps you positive and motivated, but never out of touch with reality.

I started visiting Dr. Upsana few months ago when I was dealing with a lot of stress and anxiety. Dr. Upsana helped me understand my own problems and view them from a different perspective. She is very kind, patient and relatable. She has been a huge influence in these tough times and has helped me overcome my personal issues and led me to live a more balanced life.

I can not recommend this place enough. I visited Dr. Upasana Chaddha seeking answers to questions that had been bothering me for years. I chose to go to her after reading the reviews and comments about her clinic on the internet and I must say I am very happy with my decision.
