With consistent care and support, there has been a noticeable improvement in her mobility and pain levels. Grateful for her expertise and the way she made the whole recovery process feel manageable.

After completing my scheduled Physio sessions with Shilpa, I am happy that my symptoms have significantly diminished. The frequency of the headaches has dropped dramatically, and the referred pain I was feeling at the base of my skull has almost entirely cleared up.
I particularly appreciate the combination of manual therapy and the specific postural exercises prescribed by her.The "chin tucks" and upper-trap stretches have been especially helpful in managing tension during my work day. I feel much more mobile in my neck and more confident at my workplace.
