I went to Sakshi because I was feeling disconnected from life. I thought it would be fixed in a few days or so. But soon, I realised self awareness and healing of mind has no quick fixes!
Sakshi has been helping me be more self aware, be more grounded and more honest with myself. Basically, she is helping me be more capable of handling my own problems.
She is honest, compassionate, understanding, non-judgemental, gives 100% focus to the client (i.e., me) and you can feel the warmth of her genuine care.
Since coming to therapy with her I feel much more secure as a person, I am able to handle things better, I have improved my mental health and improved my relationships as well.
There are times therapy can be difficult, but I am glad Sakshi is there to (metaphorically) hold my hand and gradually break past my fears.

Sakshi is by far one of the most helpful therapists I've had the good fortune of working with.
She diagnosed my issues and got to the parts who were active very quickly.
Even more importantly she guided me lovingly and compassionately to work with them.
Throughout the process, she oriented me towards the point of view of those parts.

Dr. Sakshi is extremely professional and a great therapist. She posses lot of patience, and is very approachable. From the very first session, she helped me greatly. She made me question myself in a good way, and helped me understand quite a lot of things about myself on my own. She’s been very supportive to accommodate me and my comfort. Sessions with her have helped me gain confidence, a deeper understanding of myself and my inter-personal relationships, and make improving changes in myself.
I wish to continue seeing her for further improvement in me and my mental health.
P.S. She’s quite sweet and her sensitivity towards the ending of the session relating to the allotted time and the individual’s talking rhythm is highly respectable.

Initially I was in dilemma but after analysing little bit decided to give it a shot. After my meeting with Ms. Sakshi Danwar, I would happily say that it’s good that I had considered my friend recommendation. Ms. Sakshi Danwar is polite and professional, she solicitously listened to my concerns and help me to find out the root cause of it. She suggested me to make some change in my lifestyle and guided me to the solutions for my worries very well. I consulted Ms. Sakshi Danwar regarding my anxiety issues and childhood traumas. I was always apprehensive about therapy but she changed that for me right from the first session. I went to Dr Sakshi with the issue of low self esteem and confidence. Although I did not complete my sessions with her but 1 thing is true that those 4-5 sessions started to help me. She is really friendly and provides a safe space for you to open up and tell all you issues to her. I would soon like to go back to Dr Sakshi and complete my sessions as I really need them.

I visited Dr. Sakshi when i was at the lowest point of my life. Everything was gloomy. Identifying the root cause and using a targeted approach, she resolved my issue that earlier seemed permanent.
